Comparing my initial assessment scores with my assessment scores in the Reflect module illustrated how far I had come in both my skill development and my self-perception of my skill development. I really appreciated the opportunity to participate in the FUSION program. Initially, I felt that the program wasn't for me (seemed very similar to other training I had completed through workplace experiences), but as the program went on, I learned far more than I had expected to learn about myself and my skill areas. I have identified several takeaways from the program that I will continue to use in my ongoing work experience and in future work opportunities.
